Beginning of a new Adventure!

I am beginning a new Adventure! Purchased a Brother PE750D to begin embroidering items for both personal use and to sale. I am a beginner at embroidery and will be taking my time learning to use my beautiful machine. I am truly excited about this endeavor. I have hundreds of ideas that I can't sleep well at night. I will need to carry a notepad and pen around so I may remember them all! So many things I want to design and create! And one area in particular that I want to focus on as I think there is a need for it in this area. I will disclose more as I become more familiar with using my machine. I just want to Thank God, my husband, and my family and friends for being so supportive in my little adventure I'm about to begin. I know and trust the Lord will help to guide me to where I need to be. This is just the beginning of great things to come! And I look forward to sharing them with all of you!

God Bless!

The creation of Lucky Girls Bowtique

In May of 2004 I became a mommy to a beautiful little girl that we named Madison. I so badly wanted to adorn her precious locks with beautiful hair accessories. But the boutique style bows were really becoming expensive. And I was also having a hard time finding the perfect bow for some of the cute outfits I wanted to dress her in. I took classes from a local boutique hair-bow maker, and began creating cute bows for my daughter. In 2007, another baby girl entered my life, Isabella. She LOVES hair-bows. She will bring the ribbon up to me and say, "Hair-bow mommy, hair-bow" Asking to wear them. I love creating new bows and completing the perfect look to the perfect outfit. So I decided to share my talent and offer beautiful hair-bows to others. The name, Lucky Girls Bowtique, was chosen about 3 years ago. When I thought I would begin selling my bows on Etsy.com. But I was called to be a teacher at the time, so my time was devoted to teaching preschoolers. I believe my girls and I to be very blessed, fortunate and yes, LUCKY. We have a wonderful, loving husband/father that works hard to keep us sheltered, clothed and fed. And allows me to be a Stay at home mother. He is a hard worker and he is IRISH;) That being said, we are Lucky Girls and this is our Bowtique. Hope you enjoy and share with your friends and family. I will soon be posting pictures of some of the beautiful bows and accessories we are able to make for you. Your purchase allows me the continued ability to stay home with my 2 girls. So Thank You very much and Love and Blessings from our family to yours.
